Missionary Association of Mary Immaculate Celebration

 

December 8 Missionary Association of Mary Immaculate (MAMI) gathered for mass and buffet dinner at Notre Dame, celebrating the feast of Mary Immaculate. Approximately 300 people took part in the celebrations.

Participants came from St. Alfred’s and Notre Dame Parishes, from our former parish in Lantau Island, and the teaching staffs of our three Oblate schools.

Special effort was made to express the appreciation to all those who have worked with and supported the Oblates over the year as official members of MAMI or in other capacities.

In the mass homily, David reminded those present that all had a common effort “to work together to make the world better.

And for us that means especially to share the love of Jesus with those most in need of it in China.”
